Just a quick color practice, nothing grand.
Trying to keep a steady pace and motivate myself to color more.

This is about as big as the pic gets. I still haven't salvaged the hi-res from my busted harddrive, can't find the inked piece and just used the one I yoinked from my PB.

Is it too dark? Can't really tell, on a laptop screen.

The colours look fine to me, and the piece is amazing! It seems Asian, but I can't pin it to any one culture -- I see Japanese, Korean, Thai and Malay, in fact even a bit of Maori. Just wow!

I like it too - it reminds me very much of the faun in Pan's Labyrinth.

Excellent design. I'm really diggin' the antlers on that guy. The patterns on the inside of his arms are especially interesting.

The composition and use of color is amazing. :) I'd love to get a print of this if I had the funds for it. Very nice work. Very inspiring.

Wow, very cool design - I'm havin' a little disconnect though since he's the Son of Spring yet seems to have evergreen and holly elements, which are traditionally winter plants?

Perhaps he is the child of Winter and Spring. x)

I really love the concept and color - very well done.
For design, it would be a stronger piece for Spring if the red berries were instead flowers (flowers have to come before fruit).
Overall, very lovely ^_^
